We are currrently bidding for a number of high value projects in Qatar and are therefore looking for an experienced Senior Project Director who has strong experience in a wide range for building and civil engineering projects to be based from Qatar. The projects are high value (£400m) so it is essential that candidate has experience in delivering high value projects ideally overseas.

The Project Director will be invovled in planning, directing, coordinating, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Reponsibile for participating in the conceptual development of the prestige of a construction project and oversee its organisation, scheduling, and implementation. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to manage IT projects within our Defence Business Unit to agreed standards and methodology ensuring that projects deliver the expected benefits to time, quality and costs. Including the maintenance of all project documentation, project plans and risk and issues logs, reporting requirements to portfolio manager and cost and benefits are closely tracked.

The role is based at West Bromwich but will require regular travel to Falkland Islands, Cyprus, Ascension Islands and Gibralter, spending extended periods in these locations.

We are curently seeking a strong Performance and Lifecycle Manager to provide regular, focused and relevant contract performance and management information including reporting against contract KPI’s, whilst acting as the primary interface for the contract for all management information and data collection and analysis.

PriDE is a joint venture between Interserve Defence Ltd and SSE Contracting, created specifically to manage Defence Estates’ South East Regional Prime Contract (SE RPC). Valued at around £380m, the SE RPC is one of five regional prime contracts currently in place in the UK.

As Prime Contractor, PriDE is responsible for estate management and construction services at almost 100 MOD sites throughout the south-east region, encompassing nearly 6000 buildings and facilities'. These facilities include some of the MOD’s largest and most prestigious sites such as RMA Sandhurst, St James’ Palace, Cavalry Barracks and RAF High Wycombe.
